Is Outpatient Treatment a Good Fit for You?
Many people choose outpatient treatment because it offers more flexibility than inpatient programs. Clients in our outpatient treatment programs continue to live at home, allowing them to uphold work, family, and academic commitments.
It’s also ideal for clients who have already completed a higher level of care, but still want support and accountability.
Those in outpatient rehab may not reside in a guaranteed sober environment, and may be forced to confront and cope with triggers present in their everyday lives during recovery. However, outpatient treatment often provides an easier transition period for clients, as they have already been exposed to the challenges of maintaining recovery outside of a structured, sober environment.
If you have a serious addiction or have not yet tried treatment, inpatient treatment may be recommended. Additionally, some people may prefer the 24-hour support and supervision an inpatient level of care provides. Our admissions specialists can help you evaluate inpatient and outpatient treatment programs.
