Pyramid Healthcare announced today its plans to open an adult detoxification and inpatient addiction treatment center located in Hammonton, New Jersey in fall 2018.

Hammonton Detox and Inpatient Treatment Center aims to fulfill a need within the community for behavioral health programming, as part of the organization’s overall mission to make addiction recovery services more accessible and convenient for those who need them.

This is Pyramid Healthcare’s first inpatient location in the state of New Jersey. Pyramid Healthcare and its subsidiaries currently operate over 80 treatment locations at varying levels of care throughout three states. Pyramid Healthcare’s affiliated company, High Focus Centers, operates outpatient mental health and drug/alcohol treatment centers in Branchburg, Cherry Hill, Cranford, Freehold, Lawrenceville, Paramus and Parsippany and is the largest private behavioral health treatment company in NJ.

“Pyramid Healthcare is proud to be able to develop these necessary services where they weren’t offered before, and we look forward to making a positive impact on the lives of people in Hammonton and the surrounding areas who are struggling with the disease of addiction,” said Jonathan Wolf, CEO of Pyramid Healthcare.

Pyramid Healthcare’s Hammonton location will offer withdrawal management and residential care programs for adults. A client’s duration of stay in the program will depend on their personalized, clinically driven treatment plan.

Within these programs, clients will have access to one-on-one counseling, group therapy, recreational outdoor activities, nursing/physician care and dual diagnosis treatment for individuals who also need to address a mental health diagnosis.

On Friday, October 19, Pyramid Healthcare welcomes care providers, community leaders, and more to an open house at 600 South White Horse Pike in Hammonton. The event will take place from 10 AM until 2 PM, with lunch served at 12 PM and VIP speakers offering remarks beginning at 1 PM. Hammonton Mayor Steve DiDonato will be in attendance, as well as Pyramid Healthcare leadership and staff.
