Pyramid Healthcare Acquires Mazzitti & Sullivan

Pyramid Healthcare announced today its acquisition of Mazzitti & Sullivan, a central Pennsylvania provider of outpatient behavioral health services and employee assistance programs (EAP).

Mazzitti & Sullivan was founded in 1983 and is licensed by the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. They offer high-quality counseling services at 5 different locations throughout central Pennsylvania including Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, Mechanicsburg, and Middletown. Additionally, they provide EAP services to more than 200 employers at over 400 work sites across the nation.

Mazzitti & Sullivan will enhance Pyramid Healthcare’s continuum of care and expand on current service offerings in central PA by providing outpatient and intensive outpatient programs, individual therapy, and assessments for substance abuse treatment, in addition to Employee Assistance Services.

Pyramid Healthcare currently operates over 40 behavioral health outpatient treatment locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, in addition to almost 700 licensed residential drug and alcohol treatment beds at 10 facilities in PA.
