Recovery from substance use disorders starts with easy access to care for those who need it most. In order to make that happen, Pyramid Healthcare provides complimentary transportation to our facility in Hammonton from any location agreed upon by the client and our admissions staff during the assessment process.

Medical Detox

Medical detox / withdrawal management (ASAM Level 3.7), is often a first, essential step in preparing for treatment and recovery. Pyramid Healthcare’s detox program ensures a safe, medically-supervised withdrawal from alcohol and other substances in a comfortable, non-hospital setting.  We have recently expanded our facility and can now accommodate 41 clients in detoxification.

Medical and psychiatric care is provided, and nurses and counselors are available 24/7 at our Hammonton location. Our professional healthcare staff provide crisis intervention, assessment and intake, counseling, continuing care planning and appropriate referral services.

Following medical detox, clients can continue treatment through Hammonton’s residential program. This program may be ideal for people who lack an external support system or have co-occurring mental health disorders.
