Our Langhorne Inpatient program provides gender-specific, individualized recovery services for adult men and women.
Women's Trauma-Focused Residential Care
Our Langhorne Inpatient facility offers trauma-focused addiction treatment for women in a safe and therapeutic environment. This specialty treatment program is built around evidence-based modalities administered by caring and professional experts. We focus on using a system of comprehensive care to address the unique experiences and specialty treatment needs of adult women, which may include severe untreated childhood trauma, low self-worth connected to intimate relationships, and the treatment of co-occurring disorders.
Women learn tools for enhancing and supporting recovery through their interactions with fellow residents, the counseling staff, and the 12-step community; group, individual, and family therapy; psycho-educational lectures; and our network of social resources. Our program also teaches women how to safely cope with physical, psychological, and emotional trauma without the use of substances, empowering them to overcome feelings of victimization and move toward a life of wellness and personal growth.
Specialty treatment services include Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM); life skills groups; medication management; meditation; art therapy; living in balance groups (evidence-based treatment model); yoga; team building groups; and recreational activities.
Men's Residential Care
Adults in our residential treatment program live on-site in a structured setting where they will receive education, therapy, and medical care to assist them in working through personal issues and ultimately overcoming their addiction. We focus on educating clients on the disease of addiction and giving them the tools and skills they need to be successful in recovery outside of residential treatment.
Our residential treatment programs are based on strict schedules and have minimal free time. This allows clients to focus purely on their recovery and personal wellness. Men learn tools for enhancing and supporting recovery through their interactions with fellow residents, the counseling staff, and the 12-step community; group, individual, and family therapy; psycho-educational lectures; and our network of social resources.
Specialty treatment services include music therapy; art therapy; spirituality/wellness groups; medication management; yoga; anger management; life skills groups; team building groups; relapse prevention groups; and recreational activities.
