Women's Halfway House

Women's Halfway House
Jennifer Wertz, Program Director

Tradition House - Altoona

Our halfway house programs offer an environment that is based on continuing recovery from addiction. These programs are designed to meet the needs of women who have fulfilled the requirements of a residential program and need to continue recovery within a safe, sober and structured environment. Clients participate in life skills, job training and readiness, daily community meetings, AA/NA meetings and regular drug and alcohol screenings to ensure program compliance.

Women’s issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, motherhood and others are addressed during the client’s stay in the program.
