Teen Drug Rehab Center Pennsylvania

Pyramid Healthcare is a teen drug rehab center in Pennsylvania. Drug addiction creates a wide range of problems, including physical and behavioral changes, decreased school performance, risks to health and unplanned pregnancies. Our program is designed to meet the needs of the individual with residential treatment programs, partial hospitalization, group homes and outpatient treatment to support ongoing recovery after the completion of the residential program.

For teens with opiate dependency, we have a detoxification unit in Altoona. Our detox unit is medically supervised for a safe environment for detoxification. We offer the services of an experienced detox specialist and individual and group counseling, as the individual is able to tolerate it, which provides the opportunity for teens to begin the drug addiction recovery program.

Our teen drug rehab center in PA offers a therapeutic school to facilitate learning and allow the student to experience success in the classroom, while working with their therapeutic goals. Our certified educators work with students to improve academic performance and send grades and a portfolio to the home school district upon completion of the program. The school setting is designed to help the students experience success and learn coping skills that will ease the transition back to school when the teen returns home from our rehab center.

The counselors and certified educators at Pyramid Healthcare have specific education in addiction in adolescence. Our staff works together to help teens learn positive behaviors, coping and decision making skills and the program includes family therapy to address issues and recommend changes at home to help the teen be successful when he or she returns home from our teen drug rehab center in Pennsylvania.
