The halfway house programs at Pyramid Healthcare offer a safe, sober environment for men and women who have completed a residential program and need a structured setting to continue their recovery from addiction.

At Tradition House for women and Pine Ridge Manor and Gratitude House for men individuals receive life skills, job training, and readiness support.  Clients are expected to attend daily community and AA/NA meetings and to ensure program compliance submit to regular drug and alcohol screenings.
