UR Coordinator
Perform continued stay and discharge reviews on all managed care clients. Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and insurance companies. Track admissions, continued stay and discharge PCPC requirements for county referrals. Maintain organized system of reporting to counselors when PCPC’s are due and when review calls are to be made. Monitor Census for accuracy of level of care and funding issues. Attend clinical staffing to obtain information for client reviews. Maintain daily UR database accurately. Perform Act 106 reviews and follow up appeals. Track all county referrals for documentation of admission calls.  Maintain and participate in chart reviews to ensure proper paperwork is in place. Work directly with Billing Department to reduce lost days of funding. Investigate cases with insurance and referral sources to recuperate lost days of funding. Report to the Program Director on a monthly basis via the UR Report. Part-time

Driver (2 positions)
Driver need to transport patients to and from our facility.  Requires a high school diploma/GED, a current driver’s license and an excellent driving record.  Strong communication skills. PRN.

SAP Liaison
Plans and implements primary prevention activities within a local agency/ provider.  Completes partial assessment of those clients referred for drug and alcohol treatment from core team of school districts assigned, parents, community agencies and other appropriate referral sources.  Function as a consultant on core teams in assigned school districts and on site in-service /technical assistance to school personnel.  Maintains client record documentation responsibilities, which includes both BDAP licensure and CIS requirements.  Maintains a close proximity with the school environment, student body and school personnel by being visible.  Completes weekly service activity logs accurately recording services provided by: facility number, client number, date of service and type of counseling provided and any SAP reports as assigned.  Assesses community needs and supplies input to supervisor, assisting in the planning for provision of identified needs.  Plans and conducts structured learning experience aimed at imparting knowledge concepts, skills and motivation to adapt and maintain lifestyles free of substance abuse.  Directs discussion groups aimed at imparting information to raise awareness in substance abuse and motivate substance free lifestyles.  Plans and conducts structured activities designed to help target population develop inter/intra personal skills, which foster substance free lifestyles.  Maintains proper reporting and filing procedures as established by agency funding licensure policies and regulations.  Assist supervisor in establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship between community drug/alcohol activities and other concerned community providers and organizations.  Utilizes a broad spectrum of presentation media styles to effectively convey and disseminate primary prevention program content.  Participants in on-site and off-site training experiences to accurately portray a “state-of-the-art” awareness of chemical abuse and attendant issues.  Safeguards, secures, and protects Pyramid property, supplies and equipment.  Assists with planning and purchasing processes required to maintain clearinghouse of informational and audio-visual supplies.  Assists supervisor in programmatic reporting/scheduling.  Performs other duties as properly assigned by supervisor or other staff in line of authority.  Maintains strict confidentiality of clinical records in line with all applicable laws.  Bachelor’s degree with a major course in the social services of psychology or related field plus experience in a therapeutic care, treatment and rehabilitation drug and/or alcohol program or similar social service or mental health program. Administrative Assistant

Performing basic clerical duties including but not limited to answering phones, mailing, filing, coping, faxing, and typing including dictation.  Assembling client packets and keeping them updated.  Responsible for laboratory correspondence, billing functions and cash collection.  Scheduling evaluations and sessions.  Purchasing supplies.  Assisting with intake process and billing sheets.  Corresponding with referral sources.  Responsible for client attendance sheets, check requests, census, and updating intake and discharge logs.  Attending staff meetings and taking minutes.  Maintaining office equipment including corresponding with vendors when maintenance is required. Helps to maintain strong clinical program.  Staff able to work together.  Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours.  Attains proficiency with the Addiction Management System. Lead Counselors (2 positions)
Responsible for providing leadership and support to counselors and tech staff.  Co-facilitating group therapy, including preparation of materials, through research and construction of curriculum.  Carrying a limited caseload as deemed necessary.  Communicating with referral sources and company representatives regularly to strengthen relationships and address concerns/problems. REMINDER:

Referral bonuses will be paid to employees who refer qualified applicants (not current employees) that remain employed by the company for at least one year of employment. 

If the referred applicant remains employed by the company for at least 90 days, the employee will receive a referral bonus in the amount of $100

If the referred applicant remains employed by the company for at least 6 months, the employee will receive a referral bonus in the amount of $50

If the referred applicant remains employed by the company for at least one year, the employee will receive a referral bonus in the amount of $50
