Our housing services programs in Allegheny County are designed to reintegrate men and women involved with the criminal justice system and suffering with a drug or alcohol addiction the opportunity to begin a sober and lawful life. 
 
The supportive living environment we offer will give men and women the chance to continue their recovery by participating in outpatient treatment, 12-step meetings, job/education training and sober recreational activities.

Goals and Objectives

Admission Criteria
  • Men and women 18 years of age or older
  • History of substance abuse/dependence
  • In need of semi-structured environment
  • Previously completed an inpatient program
  • Physician’s determination of mental and psychiatric stability
  • Stabilized on all medications and able to self administer medications
Referral Sources in Allegheny County
  • Allegheny County Jail
  • Drug & Alcohol Treatment Providers (coordinated by the Allegheny County Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services)
  • Mental Health or Drug Court
  • Adult Probation
  • State Parole
